Nikita Boilers came into being in the year of 1997 under the direct Proprietorship of Mr. Anand Parshuram Bhide, having the qualification of Btech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT-Mumbai (1974-Batch).

Mr. Anand Bhide started doing business (1982), fabrication of Boilers, Chimneys and Heat Exchangers in Mumbai region with the backing of experience gained as an Engineer in TATA ELECTRIC Co. Trombay Powerhouse, Maintenance Engineer at Saline Water Conversion Corporation, Saudi Arabia (Power & Desalination Plant) and a project execution at BHEL Hyderabad.

Over the years we designed, fabricated, installed more than 3 dozen industrial scale chimneys as per earthquake zones and customer requirements following IS standards for varied different clients ranging from pharmaceutical, chemical, mills, footwear industries etc. We also successfully designed and fabricated fully – Automated Steam boilers for Laundry Department of Hospitals, corrugating, food, and chemical, pharmaceutical as well as Rubber Industry.

In 1997 we purchased over 10,000 sq. ft. area at MIDC, Sinnar, Nashik to carry out in-house fabrication of components. District Industrial Centre recognized us as Small Scale Industry. We developed Heat Exchangers for Shipping Coporation of India, which replaced costly imported equipments.

In the Year 2000 we took up jobs for up keep and overall maintenance of various Electric Crematoriums (originally more than 15 years old) in Mumbai region through MCGM (Mumbai Municipal Corporation). We developed first of its kind, Air Pollution Control System for Wooden Pyre at Chandanwadi – Marine Lines.

Good Results from the system at Chandanwadi, prompted MCGM to copy this type of system at other cemeteries. We successfully installed more than 5 such system and are still operated and maintained by us.

In 2010, we Obtained an ISO 9001-2008 Certificate with a scope of Manufacturing, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning & Servicing of Steam Boilers, Blowers, Scrubbers, Piping, Tanks, Chimney, Heat Exchanger, Air Pollution Control Equipments, Crematorium Furnaces, Heating Elements as per Customer Requirements.

Over the years our main aim of providing indigenous, simple but highly efficient systems has added many clients to our clientele, from private Pharmaceutical, Chemical, food industry to Crompton Greaves (CG), Richardson & Cruddas, Kelkar Glass, MCGM (Mumbai Municipal Corporation), Hindustan Unilever Limited (Quality Walls), KSB Pumps etc.
